Запустите игру, начните уровень, нажмите паузу, переключитесь в Windows ([ALT] + [TAB], или [ALT] + [ESC] или [WIN]).
Запустите трейнер и выберите нужную опцию, не закрывая трейнер, вернитесь в игру.

Опции:

F1 — God Mode
F2 — Activate Adrenaline
F3 — Unlimited Ammo
F4 — No car damage (first to use this Deactivate One Hit Destroying Veichles)
F5 — One Hit Destroying Veichles (first to use this Deactivate No car damage)
F6 — Extra money (open the menu and comeback to refresh)
F7 — Disable red bar in wanted level
F8 — Max Wanted Level (Shot an enemy after activated)
F9 — One Hit Kill
F10 — Jump (Warning, use this with caution or you can die)
F11 — Extra drugs (Open the menu and comeback to refresh)
8 — Save Position (It’s dangerous on long distances, you can die)
9 — Restore position
